When a service call is placed it is analyzed by your account representative. Sometimes we will be able to fix the problem over the phone, with no cost to you, other times we will send out one of our qualified electrical or sign contractors to service your needs. Each service call is followed by your account representative from start to finish to ensure you get the right level of service. We offer 24 hour 7 days a week 365 days a year emergency service.

We also offer you the ability to track your service calls online through our website. By entering our site with your customer code number and password, you can review and print detailed service reports.
